06 August 2020 Dear members and friends of St Brigid's Parish Family Update – Church & Parish Office Re-Opening Thank you for your support and prayers during this time of pandemic. I am pleased to advise that our church will now reopen after deep cleaning was undertaken on Monday in line with NSW Health guidelines. Dear members and friends of St Brigid's Parish Family As mentioned in my communication this afternoon, yesterday I was notified by NSW Health that a man and woman who attended the Vigil Mass at St Brigid's church on Saturday, July 25 at 5 pm have subsequently tested positive for COVID-19. After further consultation, NSW Health has advised that the couple is considered low risk since health authorities believe they were not infectious at the time they attended the church. Please use this link to book for Mass - BOOKINGS During this time of pandemic, in order for St Brigid’s to be open for religious worship, the government requires the collection of the names and contact details of EVERY person who attends a celebration here. The purpose is to contain the spread of coronavirus. If someone in attendance contracts COVID-19, NSW Health will be able to notify you so you can take appropriate measures.
